Julia"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>\u00a0By Guest blogger, Erwin: The Foodie Intern<\/p>\n<p>Maybe I should admit a couple of things first.\u00a0 I am a newbie when it comes to anything culinary.\u00a0 Outside of the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.foodnetwork.com\/\">Food Network Channel<\/a> (God bless those programs!), I haven\u2019t really set foot into the technical\/creative sphere of the kitchen.\u00a0 Yes, I\u2019ve made a sandwich or two or some other quick dish.\u00a0 It doesn\u2019t really fall into the same league as what Iron Chef Bobby Flay or Chef Tyler Florence can do.\u00a0 Receiving an internship with celebrity chef and mistress of mixology, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.twitter.com\/KathyCaseyChef\">Kathy Casey<\/a>, I didn\u2019t know what to expect.<\/p>\n<p>The foodie world by itself is amazing and I am more and more intrigued each day.\u00a0 Granted I don\u2019t work in the kitchen, I do get to work in front of a computer and look up all things foodie.\u00a0 I can\u2019t say more than enough about how insanely diverse this world is.\u00a0 I have to sometimes catch myself and stop drooling after I look up <a href=\"http:\/\/www.foodbuzz.com\/\">FoodBuzz<\/a> recipes and blogs or shake myself out of a daydream while something is cooking up in the Food Studios.<\/p>\n<p>But I digress.<\/p>\n<p>A couple of weeks back, Kathy brought her Chef team Cameo McRoberts, Travis Childers, and myself to watch a sneak preview of the new <em><a href=\"http:\/\/www.julieandjulia.com\/\">Julie &amp; Julia<\/a><\/em> movie.\u00a0 As I\u2019ve said, I consider myself to still be a newbie to the food world.\u00a0 Again, I didn\u2019t know what to expect.<\/p>\n<p>The movie is a blend of two true stories: Julie Powell\u2019s <span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Julie &amp;
