Featuring <a href=\"https:\/\/www.monin.com\/m\/blueberry-fruit-puree.html\" target=\"_blank\">Monin Blueberry Puree<\/a>, Sipsmith Gin, fresh thyme, lemon, and\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.monin.com\/m\/pure-cane-syrup.html\" target=\"_blank\">Monin Pure Cane\u00a0Syrup<\/a>. It is a knockout of a drink, handcrafted over crushed ice. Enjoy!<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\"><strong>SmashBerry<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Makes 1 Drink<\/p>\n<p>1 sprig fresh thyme<br \/>\n1\/2 ounce Monin Blueberry Puree<br \/>\n2 ounces Sipsmith Gin<br \/>\n3\/4 ounce fresh lemon juice<br \/>\n1\/4 ounce Monin Pure Cane or simple syrup<br \/>\nGarnish: Gingered Blueberries (recipe follows), fresh thyme sprig<\/p>\n<p>Bend and drop the thyme into a pint glass. Measure in the Monin Blueberry Puree, gin, lemon and Pure Cane. Fill with ice, cap and shake well. Then fill an old fashioned glass with crushed ice, strain cocktail over ice and express the lemon peel over the top of drink. Garnish with thyme and Gingered Blueberries.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Gingered Blueberries<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Makes 4 cups<\/p>\n<p>4 cups fresh blueberries<br \/>\n1 cup Monin Pure Cane or simple syrup<br \/>\n3\/4 cup Monin Ginger Syrup<br \/>\n1\/2 cup Monin Blueberry Puree<\/p>\n<p>Place blueberries in a deep, heat proof bowl. Meanwhile: bring the syrups and puree to barely a simmer then pour over the berries. Let cool to room temperature, then cover and refrigerate. Let sit for a minimum of 24 hours before using.
