Add all other ingredients except champagne to the mixing glass then add ice, cap and shake. Strain into a cocktail glass. Top with champagne or sparkling wine. Garnish with a sage leaf.<\/p>\n<p><strong>*Rich Honey Syrup: <\/strong>Combine 1\/2 cup honey and 1\/4 cup hot water. Stir until well dissolved.
