The new restaurant is now named <a href=\"http:\/\/www.alliumonorcas.com\/\">Allium on Orcas<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>In the 80\u2019s Christina\u2019s quickly became a destination restaurant on Orcas Island, a two hour ferry ride north of Seattle. It was known as the go-to restaurant for anyone visiting Orcas Island.<\/p>\n<p>New owner, Chef Nakamura describes Allium\u2019s menu as drawing upon classic French technique with exotic flavor profiles, reflecting her experience gained overseas.
