It was a super d&#8217;lish event!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><img decoding=\"async\" data-src=\"http:\/\/farm5.static.flickr.com\/4011\/4709526223_2b039b5740_m.jpg\" alt=\"IMG00047-20100615-1900\" width=\"279\" height=\"209\" src=\"data:image\/svg+xml;base64,PHN2ZyB3aWR0aD0iMSIgaGVpZ2h0PSIxIiB4bWxucz0iaHR0cDovL3d3dy53My5vcmcvMjAwMC9zdmciPjwvc3ZnPg==\" class=\"lazyload\" style=\"--smush-placeholder-width: 279px; --smush-placeholder-aspect-ratio: 279\/209;\" \/><br \/>\n<strong>Keren, <a href=\"http:\/\/twitter.com\/yasharwinemongr\">Yashar<\/a>, and I having a great time!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\">There were luscious libations served along tasty appetizers and cheeses! I shook up a Tuscan Rosemary Lemon Drop made with <a href=\"http:\/\/www.purityvodka.com\/1\/1.0.1.0\/2\/1\/\">Purity Vodka<\/a> topped with a Honey Lemon Foam, followed by my southern vacation inspired <a href=\"http:\/\/www.seattlemet.com\/blogs\/sauced\/kathy-casey-charleston-75-061610\/\"> Charleston 75<\/a>, and then an always fun Tropical Tiki Time Sangria made with Columbia Winery&#8217;s <a href=\"http:\/\/www.columbiawinery.com\/columbia-valley-pinot-gris\">Pinot Gris<\/a>. And of course there were lots of apps to go with all those sips from <em><a href=\"http:\/\/www.amazon.com\/Sips-Apps-Contemporary-Coctktails-Appetizers\/dp\/0811864065\/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&amp;s=books&amp;qid=1276810400&amp;sr=8-1\">Sips &amp; Apps<\/a><\/em> including my D&#8217;lish Peppadew Peppers and Lamb Sliders on Homemade Rosemary Buns.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><img decoding=\"async\" data-src=\"http:\/\/farm5.static.flickr.com\/4010\/4709526079_5729e0979c_m.jpg\" alt=\"IMG00030-20100615-1753\" width=\"323\" height=\"242\" src=\"data:image\/svg+xml;base64,PHN2ZyB3aWR0aD0iMSIgaGVpZ2h0PSIxIiB4bWxucz0iaHR0cDovL3d3dy53My5vcmcvMjAwMC9zdmciPjwvc3ZnPg==\" class=\"lazyload\" style=\"--smush-placeholder-width: 323px; --smush-placeholder-aspect-ratio: 323\/242;\" \/><br \/>\n<strong>My Tuscan Rosemary Lemon Drop with Honey Lemon Foam!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\"><a href=\"http:\/\/ballardbeecompany.com\/Ballard_Bee_Company\/Welcome.html\">Corky Luster of Ballard Bee Honey<\/a> came by and gave a &#8220;bee tour&#8221; of <a href=\"http:\/\/kathycasey.com\/blog\/?p=1562\"> our hive<\/a> that we have in our back urban garden. He even brought a couple of the special protective bee hats for some of the bloggers to wear and get an up-close look of the bees and honeycombs!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><img decoding=\"async\" data-src=\"http:\/\/farm2.static.flickr.com\/1291\/4709526127_3c09107ab5_m.jpg\" alt=\"IMG00040-20100615-1848\" width=\"290\" height=\"218\" src=\"data:image\/svg+xml;base64,PHN2ZyB3aWR0aD0iMSIgaGVpZ2h0PSIxIiB4bWxucz0iaHR0cDovL3d3dy53My5vcmcvMjAwMC9zdmciPjwvc3ZnPg==\" class=\"lazyload\" style=\"--smush-placeholder-width: 290px; --smush-placeholder-aspect-ratio: 290\/218;\" \/><br \/>\n<strong>Risk taking foodies getting close to my hive!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.thecookbookchronicles.com\/blog\">Lorna Yee<\/a> talked about her new book, <em><a href=\"http:\/\/www.amazon.com\/Newlywed-Kitchen-Delicious-Couples-Together\/dp\/1570616329\/ref=sr_1_4?ie=UTF8&amp;s=books&amp;qid=1276810819&amp;sr=1-4\">The Newlywed Kitchen<\/a><\/em>, which shares a story about my husband, John and I.
