There seems to be a new place opening up almost every week! Not that we here at Kathy Casey Food Studios don\u2019t love our pizza, far from it! We have some great pizzerias in Seattle that span the variety of pizza making!<\/p>\n<p>There&#8217;s Neapolitan style\u00a0at <a href=\"http:\/\/www.viatribunali.com\/\">Via Tribunali<\/a>, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.tuttabellapizza.com\/\">Tutta Bella<\/a>, and <a href=\"http:\/\/www.fondi.com\/\">Pizzeria\u00a0Fondi<\/a>, New York style at <a href=\"http:\/\/www.piecoras.com\/home3.php\">Peicoras<\/a>\u00a0on Capitol Hill, and old school pies at <a title=\"Madame K's\" href=\"http:\/\/www.yelp.com\/biz\/madame-ks-pizza-bistro-seattle\">Madame K\u2019s<\/a> in Ballard. One of our favorites is <a title=\"Pagliacci\" href=\"http:\/\/www.pagliacci.com\/index.shtml\">Pagliacci<\/a>, Seattle\u2019s best delivery pizza. My Husband john used to live off <a title=\"Pagliacci\" href=\"http:\/\/www.pagliacci.com\/index.shtml\">Pagliacci<\/a> whenever I traveled out of town, and my assistant Mary had her very first date at the University Ave location.<\/p>\n<p>Celebrating\u00a0seasonality, <a title=\"Pagliacci\" href=\"http:\/\/www.pagliacci.com\/index.shtml\">Pagliacci<\/a> Is serving up a super yummy Prosciutto Fig Primo, a perfect balance of salty and sweet for fall! Very D\u2019Lish!<\/p>\n<p>Recently, there was a\u00a0upset in Seattle\u2019s Pizza Community. An unsavory prankster stole a stack of Pagliacci\u2019s 25th anniversary cards and sent them to area competitors stamped with disparaging words; very untactful. Co owner Matt Galvin\u00a0was horrified, and apologized over the mess, assuring the public and recipients of the cards that Pagliacci was not responsible for the prank.<\/p>\n<p>Thankfully, no pizza was harmed!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Pizza is almost as popular in Seattle as coffee is.
