For the first time ever, the Emerald City will be hosting Seattle Cocktail Week 2011<\/strong> from October 27th – 30th<\/strong>! Seattle’s finest bartenders and mixologists will be shaking a bevy of tasty cocktails during the entire event for all levels of cocktail enthusiasts! To commemorate the first annual event, there will be neighborhood pub crawls, a huge closing bash and other tasty tidbits.<\/p>\n

I’ll be amongst a panel of judges for the Bartenders on Fire challenge on October 31st at Vito’s Restaurant & Lounge<\/a>! (No bartenders will actually be on fire!) This cocktail team event will pair some of Seattle’s top barmen including Liberty Bar’s<\/a> Keith Waldbauer<\/a>, Vessel’s<\/a> Jim Romdall and Sambar’s<\/a> Jay Kuehner against other Washington barmen using Novo Fogo Cachaca and several secret ingredients.
