From concepts dedicated to only popcorn like the local <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.kukuruza.com\/\">KuKuRuza<\/a><\/strong> (KOO-KOO-ROO-ZAH).<\/p>\n<p>They started here in Seattle just over 10 years ago and now have stores in Tokyo, Osaka, Seoul and even Cairo! The popcorn rage is popping worldwide! One of my favorite combinations is their <a href=\"http:\/\/www.kukuruza.com\/products\/caramel-cheddar-popcorn\">caramel and cheddar popcorn<\/a> &#8211; yum!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:center\"><img decoding=\"async\" data-src=\"https:\/\/farm6.staticflickr.com\/5662\/20742704890_b811d66a0b_n.jpg\" width=\"320\" height=\"320\" alt=\"Popcorn 1\" src=\"data:image\/svg+xml;base64,PHN2ZyB3aWR0aD0iMSIgaGVpZ2h0PSIxIiB4bWxucz0iaHR0cDovL3d3dy53My5vcmcvMjAwMC9zdmciPjwvc3ZnPg==\" class=\"lazyload\" style=\"--smush-placeholder-width: 320px; --smush-placeholder-aspect-ratio: 320\/320;\" \/><br \/>\n<b>Who&#8217;s ready for popcorn \u2013 I AM!<\/b><\/p>\n<p>But popcorn is becoming the star in numerous new ways in products and on menus. For instance recently I saw on an <a href=\"http:\/\/www.fyi.tv\/shows\/say-it-to-my-face\/recipes\/double-popped-sriracha-popcorn-shrimp\">episode<\/a> of the new TV show Say it To my Face! (which is a pretty fun show on the FYI Network)  where they made fried \u201cpopcorn shrimp\u201d actually breaded in chopped popped corn. Not that\u2019s pretty Fun!<\/p>\n<p>And then what about all those cupcake and ice cream concoctions topped with popcorn, caramel corn and chocolate popcorn \u2013 yes please!<\/p>\n<p>Now at home there are plenty of ways to top your corn \u2013  grated parm \u2013 or drizzle with spicy Sriracha garlic butter, the possibilities are endless.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:center\"><img decoding=\"async\" data-src=\"https:\/\/farm6.staticflickr.com\/5689\/20938132021_6df4514f36_m.jpg\" width=\"240\" height=\"234\" alt=\"Popcorn 2\" src=\"data:image\/svg+xml;base64,PHN2ZyB3aWR0aD0iMSIgaGVpZ2h0PSIxIiB4bWxucz0iaHR0cDovL3d3dy53My5vcmcvMjAwMC9zdmciPjwvc3ZnPg==\" class=\"lazyload\" style=\"--smush-placeholder-width: 240px; --smush-placeholder-aspect-ratio: 240\/234;\" \/><br \/>\n<b>I love these soft popcorn balls from <a href=\"http:\/\/www.landolakes.com\/recipe\/2178\/old-fashioned-soft-popcorn-balls\">Land O\u2019Lakes<\/a> studded with gumdrops and nuts.<\/b><\/p>\n<p>But the best old school treat of all is homemade popcorn balls \u2013 so fun to make with the kids. Land O\u2019Lakes has some great recipes on their <a href=\"http:\/\/www.landolakes.com\/Search.aspx?query=popcorn\">site<\/a>.
