The featured chefs are: <strong>Greg Atkinson<\/strong> (Seattle Culinary Academy, West Coast Cooking), <strong>Maria Hines <\/strong>(Tilth), <strong>Brent Martin<\/strong> (Grand Hyatt and Hyatt at Olive 8), <strong>John Sari<\/strong>ch (Chateau Ste. Michelle), <strong>Chef team Brian McCracken and Dana Toug <\/strong>(Spur), <strong>Jerry Traunf<\/strong>eld (Poppy), and <strong>Jennifer Volk<\/strong> (Crush).
