The Alaska Seafood Marketing Institute and the Too Hot Tamales chefs Mary Sue Milliken and Susan Feniger of Border Grill have joined forces to bring you the 1st Ever Wild Alaska Fish Taco Recipe Contest! From November 3rd through January 31st, applicants can submit their best fish taco recipes featuring wild and sustainable Alaska seafood, including Alaska salmon, crab, Alaska pollock, halibut, and black cod.
