For the first time ever, the Emerald City will be hosting Seattle Cocktail Week 2011 from October 27th – 30th! Seattle’s finest bartenders and mixologists will be shaking a bevy of tasty cocktails during the entire event for all levels of cocktail enthusiasts! To commemorate the first annual event, there will be neighborhood pub crawls, a huge closing bash and other tasty tidbits.
I’ll be amongst a panel of judges for the Bartenders on Fire challenge on October 31st at Vito’s Restaurant & Lounge! (No bartenders will actually be on fire!) This cocktail team event will pair some of Seattle’s top barmen including Liberty Bar’s Keith Waldbauer, Vessel’s Jim Romdall and Sambar’s Jay Kuehner against other Washington barmen using Novo Fogo Cachaca and several secret ingredients.
