6th Annual British Columbia Spot Prawn Festival

Spot prawn lovers make sure you check out this event! Saturday, May 5th will be the 6th Annual British Columbia Spot Prawn Festival held at False Creek’s Fishermen’s Wharf (just west of Granville Island) from 11am – 3pm!

Benefiting the Chef’s Table Society of BC, this all-day event will feature the city’s top chefs preparing a special spot prawn boil, demonstrations, live music, wine tasting and a cookbook signing. It’ll be fun for all ages as the Vancouver Aquarium will be leading a family-friendly exploration of faboo fish and cool creatures through their mobile habitat.

This is a free family event, but you’ll need to buy tickets for the prawn boil. Make sure you buy them soon! For hotel packages, check out the Listel Hotel.
