For this festive cocktail, fresh rosemary adds an herbal note while playing well with the vodka, mandarin, housemade honey syrup (3/4 cup honey to 1/2 cup hot water), and champagne bubbles. This cocktail can easily be pre-batched before your next holiday party, too!
