The featured chefs are: Greg Atkinson (Seattle Culinary Academy, West Coast Cooking), Maria Hines (Tilth), Brent Martin (Grand Hyatt and Hyatt at Olive 8), John Sarich (Chateau Ste. Michelle), Chef team Brian McCracken and Dana Toug (Spur), Jerry Traunfeld (Poppy), and Jennifer Volk (Crush).
