Rocco, aka the “Boss Hog,” is the owner of Coastal Vineyards “Bacon is Meat Candy Bacon Club” and blogs about all things bacon. He also sells an amazing selection of gourmet bacon. Of course he was very interested to hear that my Bacon, Blue Cheese & Pecan Cocktail Cookies recipe will be in the book, which will be released this spring!
